Payment Policy

Tuition: Cleveland Bollywood Dance School uses a subscription model for payments. We accept credit card and PayPal for payments. We do not accept cash payments. You will be charged automatically once each month. Autopay can only be canceled by you or the school if you decide to stop session or travel for a period of time.

 

Refund Policy:  Refunds will be offered if informed about absence 48hrs prior to class. 24hrs for sickness/ injury. There are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS that will be given if not informed. An email should be sent to clevelandbollywood@gmail.com with the note about absence.

 

Pro-rating:  We do not prorate classes. NO EXCEPTIONS.​

Cancelation of classes: 

Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class. Should a class be cancelled due to holiday schedules/long weekends, we will provide an acceptable make up class. This enables the families to travel on those days and still attend classes on a weekday to makeup. 

 

Video and Photograph release

I understand and agree that Cleveland Bollywood Dance Studio reserves the right to take and use videos and photos of participants, free of charge, to be used for publicity purposes in annual dance recital program and/or other media publications.

Cleveland Bollywood Recital Participation

Only Students are allowed to particpate

Parents of Students will be allowed to participate

Associate dancers of Cleveland Bollywood who have danced within the current year will be allowed to take part

$20 participation fee will be charged for medals, certificates and t-shirts
